MARY MARGARET WALSH, OTR/L, CHT

With over 42 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist, I specialize in evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions of the upper extremity. My expertise includes postoperative rehabilitation of traumatic injuries, tendon and nerve repairs, fractures, arthritis, and overuse injuries. I design and fabricate custom molded thermoplastic orthoses to prevent contractures, improve function, and support healing joints and soft tissue.  As a therapist, I collaborate closely with referring physicians and providers to optimize patient care.

 

A graduate of East Carolina University, I am dedicated to compassionate and precise care. My goal is to help patients restore motion and strength, reduce pain, and return to work, recreational, and everyday activities that matter most.
